Field Notes April 26

Apr 11, 2026

Here’s what took shape this month:

🌿 This month felt like a turning point.

Quiet Selling moved from a loose collection of pages into something more structured—I finally built out the filing system, connected the main pages, and began to see how everything fits together.

Pages began to connect, systems started to take shape, and the work itself became easier to return to each day.

Not finished. But grounded.

🌱 What’s Growing

The Quiet Selling Manifesto
A clearer statement of what Quiet Selling is about—and what it isn’t. Writing it helped me recognize that this space isn’t really about selling at all, but about building something that feels sustainable over time.

New Posts

I Like That Pace
A reflection on working at a rhythm that allows both creativity and structure to coexist. I’m beginning to see that pace isn’t something to optimize—it’s something to understand.

I Thought I Was Bad At Selling
A message to my fellow introverts—how our quiet focus can be an advantage, not a limitation, in the work we build.

🧠 One Idea Worth Keeping

Every time I notice friction, the system gets a little better.

🛠️ Behind the Scenes

This month was less about adding new tools and more about shaping how they work together. Simple changes—like refining the filing system—made everything feel lighter.

I spent more time than expected working through layout and structure, but once it clicked, everything else became easier.
